Shipping policy

All our products are shipped within South Africa with The Courier Guy to your specified address. 

Our products are handmade and although we do our best to keep all items in stock, production may be affected by loadshedding, which may cause delays.  Please allow 2-5 days for the processing of orders.

Once your order is processed you will receive a email with the tracking number.  Shipping will take approximately 2-4 business days.

We cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the courier company.

Local pick up is offered if you reside in East London.
